UserTribe hjalp Bonnier med at inddrage deres kunder inden relanceringen af et website. Målet var at sikre, at det opdaterede site ville nå Bonnier's mål for salg, signups til nyhedsbrevet og generel konvertering. Bonnier kunne rette op på fejl og mangler før relanceringen - og fik desuden en læring i, hvor vigtig kundeinddragelse er allerede tidligt i en udviklingsproces.
