Sydbank develops customer loyalty programme

During development of the customer loyalty programme 'Sydbank Favorit', the Scandinavian bank involved their customers throughout the process. 90% of customers who went through the programme agreed to be contacted by Sydbank afterwards, resulting in a lot of marketing permissions.

Sydbank arbejdede med Customer Empowered Marketing i udviklingen af bankens nye loyalitetsprogram ’Sydbank Favorit’. Resultaterne efter lanceringen var klare: Knap halvdelen af bankens kunder lykkedes med at komme gennem ’Sydbank Favorit’, og heraf takkede hele 90% ja til at blive kontaktet af banken – det gav Sydbank mange nye marketingleads. ’Sydbank Favorit’ blev desuden indstillet til Danish Digital Awards.
